Our bleeding tanks are one of our signature products that we call Dreki (e. Dragon).

Sufficient bleeding of fresh fish is an essential step in fish processing in order to keep fillets white in color and prevent bacterial growth. Our Dragon has been used all over the world for decades with great success in fish bleeding, resulting in high quality product delivered to end customers (consumers).

The Dragon is a standard product but is customized in size and bleeding time for each scenario. It is a robust machine that ensures optimal bleeding of the raw material. The controller has full control over the bleeding time, batch sizes, temperature and has the minimum downtime when cleaning due to easy access of areas that need cleaning. The Dragon comes in both horizontal and now vertical configuration depending on the floor space available.
