Our trimming lines are designed for precise trimming of white fish with emphasize on ergonomic working stations for employees. The lines can be scaled to meet requirements of throughput and square space limitations.
The working stations include adjustable height and position platforms for each employee ensuring optimal working environment for individual employees.
Underneath each working table is a bright LED light ensuring highest detecting rate of irregularities in manual trimming.
In front of the tables are conveyor belts that transport the trimmed fish to the packaging station along with bins for by-catch.
